Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – 0–1 Years | Muharraq, Bahrain

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
