Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – 0–1 Years | Qatar

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Qatar. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
