Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – 0–1 Years | Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Sharjah preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
