Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – 0–1 Years | Sohar, Oman

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
