Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – 1–2 Years | Al Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
