Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – 1–2 Years | Bahrain

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
