Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – 1–2 Years | Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ras Al Khaimah preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
