Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – 1–2 Years | Worldwide Remote

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 4,200–9,450 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
