Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Kuwait. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
