Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Muharraq, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Fully remote work with no commute
• Career progression into a mid-level role

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.

You must be legally resident in Bahrain to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
