Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Nizwa, Oman

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing

• Paid onboarding and structured training

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
