Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – Internship | Al Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 1,450–3,300 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
