A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Dubai preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Access to online learning subscriptions
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

There is a clear path from this role into a mid-level position as your skills grow.

You must be legally resident in United Arab Emirates to apply. The indicative range for this role is 1,300–3,100 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
