Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – Junior Level | Bahrain

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Bahrain. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
