Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – Junior Level | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Career progression into a mid-level role
