Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – Junior Level | Qatar

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Qatar. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X

• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
