Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – Junior Level | Worldwide Remote

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 400–900 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
