Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – No Experience Required | Al Wakrah, Qatar

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
