Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
