Remote Instagram & TikTok Assistant – No Experience Required | Kuwait

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Kuwait. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
