Remote Marketplace Associate – 1–2 Years | Hawalli, Kuwait

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections

• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
