Remote Marketplace Associate – No Experience Required | Oman

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Oman. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
