Remote Order Management Assistant – 0–1 Years | Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Bahrain. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
