Remote Order Management Assistant – 0–1 Years | Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Dubai preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
