Remote Order Management Assistant – 1–2 Years | Qatar

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Qatar. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
