Remote Order Management Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Ahmadi, Kuwait

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Ahmadi preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent

• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
