Remote Order Management Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Al Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
