Remote Order Management Assistant – Fresh Graduates | GCC Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
