Remote Order Management Assistant – Internship | Al Rayyan, Qatar

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
