Remote Order Management Assistant – Internship | Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Tabuk preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections

• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
