Remote Order Management Assistant – Junior Level | Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Abu Dhabi preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
