Remote Order Management Assistant – Junior Level | Bahrain

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Bahrain. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
