Remote Order Management Assistant – Junior Level | GCC Remote

A work-from-home e-commerce opportunity for people living in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
