Remote Order Management Assistant – Junior Level | Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Tabuk preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
