Remote Order Management Assistant – No Experience Required | Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Dubai preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
