Remote Order Management Assistant – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
