Remote Order Management Assistant – No Experience Required | Kuwait

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
