Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
