Remote Product Listing Specialist – Junior Level | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Jeddah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
