Remote Product Listing Specialist – Junior Level | Kuwait

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Kuwait. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Consistent daily availability

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
