Remote Sales Development Representative – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote sales position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Support senior sellers with account research
• Follow structured call scripts while sounding natural
• Contact new leads by phone, email and LinkedIn to introduce the service
• Keep the CRM pipeline accurate and up to date every day
• Send follow-up proposals and pricing details

• Self-motivated daily routine
• Confident spoken and written communication
• Reliable phone and internet setup
• Resilience with rejection and repetitive outreach
• Basic CRM or spreadsheet comfort

• Understanding of B2B sales cycles
• Arabic fluency for Gulf accounts
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho
• Retail or telesales background

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
