Remote Social Engagement Associate – 0–1 Years | Ajman, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ajman preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
