This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
