Remote Social Engagement Associate – 0–1 Years | Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Kuwait. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
