Remote Social Engagement Associate – 0–1 Years | Nizwa, Oman

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
