Remote Social Engagement Associate – 1–2 Years | Manama, Bahrain

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
