Remote Social Engagement Associate – 1–2 Years | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
