Remote Social Engagement Associate – Fresh Graduates | Salalah, Oman

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Access to online learning subscriptions
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Clear performance reviews every quarter

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
