Remote Social Engagement Associate – Junior Level | Isa Town, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain (candidates near Isa Town preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
