Remote Social Engagement Associate – Junior Level | Kuwait City, Kuwait

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
